Check that the clamp, brackets, and track connections are secure. Lowering the mounting position may improve stability. If your tree cannot securely support the display, use the floor setup instead.

I love it but the directions are not good! Hubby had to youtube!
Not easy to put the clamp together because instructions are vague that it leaves you guessing how to put the tree clamp together. However once you set the clamp around the tree trunk and tighten it up correctly the rest is easy and the train is awesome. I would suggest figuring out the clamp and all its parts before tightening the clamp around the tree.
It is a great train for your tree. The instructions didn't always make sense and at times was difficult to put together. Got frustrated and used zip ties to hold main piece for the tree. Other than difficulty, it runs on the track and smoke does come out of train. Cute and whimsical with Christmas music. Love option to turn off music and train run.
I was a little hesitant to purchase this because of some negative reviews, which is why I wanted to post one. The set came as described, and was relatively easy to assemble. I will say, the directions were not great, and if you are not mechanically inclined you may have some challenges. Watch the video they have, it doesn’t show how to install the arms or the support cuff above them, but will give you a good starting place. Our boys were blown away when they saw it the next morning! Thank you!
A sweet train for the Christmas tree to spice things up! So awesome that we ordered 2 for our 9ft tree. The words on the box did come in Spanish but the instructions are in English. I read a few of the other reviews on this product and they are wrong about the track not being stable. It comes with parts that you have to setup correctly for the track to be stable. It's pretty simple so not sure if the others even bothered reading the instructions. Wheels can be a little squeaky but some good ole WD40 will fix it! Overall, extremely impressed :)

This train is absolutely beautiful! It was easy to assemble and looks amazing. The moment my grandson saw it going around, it completely stole his heart. I can already tell this is something we’ll be using and enjoying for many years to come.

Worked quite well, impressed of the quality for the price. And it is rather cute, nice addition to the tree. It seems to sag at the spot I stop the train at over time (next day), but just move it around to another spot.

This train set was easy to put together. Putting it on the tree was a little complicated and getting it level can be a challenge. Once it’s set up it makes a nice addition to our tree.
This was a gift for my husband who had a train around his christmas tree as a kid and this was really fun to watch. It attached really well to the tree. You put a little water in and it smoked like it should. It was just really fun to have it on the tree this past Christmas. The baby loved watching and hearing it too.
